Relax Youself On Summer

Are you  bored? I get hot and bothered in this summer for the hot weather. A lot of people arround me had a fever, it really upset me. Good luck and health to everyone.

In such a hot day, I’d like to share with you some tips for relaxation.

 

1.Swimming.

It is good season for swimming on summer. Water could relax you, it is cool and comfortable.

2.Taking a shower.

If you are too busy to go swimming, it will be not bad to have a shower at home. It can remove your nervous and fatigue, extremely after exercises. But remember to have rest for 30 minutes before shower.

3.Exercising.

You might be amazed for this recommendation. It is crazy to exercise on a such day, but it really relax me. I feel excited and I forget all my worries, so I think it is a great idea. Don’t forget to drink more water if do sports.
