Staff Training And Birthday Party

On June 25, there was a staff training on Symtrue. Come on, let’s play game together.

We invited the famous teacher from Alibaba. He took a different lesson for us. Actually he didn’t tell us anything, even he took us into a game. But everyone felt something different and significant. The game is easy to understand.

We were separated into two teams. We were asked to touch every cards with number in order in a specific area. The number cards were placed randomly. But the cubical space only could has one people, even cannot appear one finger more. Or else it means failure. The limited time is two minutes. Isn’t this easy?

Unexpected, two teams both failed for four times at begin. At last time, two teams passed. But the first team won the game. Why we failed four times? Is it too difficult? No! The game requires unity. Someone was too anxious and got into the cubical space when other existed. They hadn’t obey the rules. So even we finished the game but we didn’t have any scores. Both first team and the second team.

Everyone realized that and tried to change. And finally all of us passed.

It is meaningful and unforgettable. We all remember the rules first then the efficiency second.

After training, we held a birthday party for the staff whose birthday is in June. They looked happy, this was the second year they had their birthday here. We sang birthday song for them and eat the cake.

Finally, let’s give our blessing to them.
