 1. the display normal display, but no response when touch

Solution: First check whether the touch screen surface cracks, such as cracks should be replaced in a timely manner; then you need to check whether the touch screen surface dust and dirt, dust and dirt can lead to short-circuit phenomenon; then check whether there is loosening of the wiring interface; also need to check whether the serial port and interrupt number conflict, if there is a conflict, should adjust the resources. Then observe and check whether the indicator on the control box is working properly, the indicator is green and blinking as normal.

2. after the power is turned on, the industrial display screen is not light, the current is about 100mA

Solution: Touch the industrial display screen with your hand, the buzzer does not respond, which indicates that the program is not running properly. Use a multimeter to measure several groups of voltage, if all normal, the fault appears in the chip circuit, making the bus error, so that the program can not run normally. Check whether there is a chip foot false solder, available hot air gun to the solder foot heating, and pressed with tweezers, so that the solder foot and tin re-integration. After processing and reboot, the weak current rose to 470mA and returned to normal.

3. the industrial display is connected to the power supply, the screen is not bright, the current is about 230mA

Solution: Touch the screen with your hand, the buzzer responds, which indicates that the program can run normally. Measured high-voltage strip voltage and control voltage are normal, indicating that the fault occurs in the high-voltage circuit or lamp damage. Disassemble the lamp, if one end is black, replace it; if there is still no light after replacing the lamp, check the high-voltage transformer, and replace the high-voltage strip with two tubes of LCD.
